Anchor Point Homes

Our Commitment

Fair Housing Policy

Anchor Point Homes is committed to providing equal housing opportunities to all persons regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability.

Anchor Point Homes Foundation operates three nonprofit housing programs: Senior Independent Living, Aged-Out Foster Care Housing, and Women's Shelter Housing. Anchor Point Homes, LLC operates two for-profit housing programs: Independent Living and Workforce Lodging. Together, both organizations serve Chattanooga and North Georgia by providing housing opportunities and connecting residents with community resources. Rooted in community. Built for life.

Equal Opportunity Housing

Anchor Point Homes, LLC and Anchor Point Homes Foundation (collectively, Anchor Point Homes) comply fully with the Federal Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended), the Americans with Disabilities Act, and all applicable state and local fair housing laws.

We do not discriminate against any person in the terms, conditions, or privileges of housing, or in the provision of services or facilities, on the basis of any protected class.

  • Race
  • Color
  • National origin
  • Religion
  • Sex
  • Familial status (including children under 18 living with parents or legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under 18)
  • Disability (physical or mental)
  • Any other classification protected by applicable federal, state, or local law

Program-Specific Eligibility

Some Anchor Point Homes programs serve specific populations (e.g., seniors, women, aged-out foster youth, or workforce individuals). These eligibility criteria are based on the program's defined mission and applicable law — not on any protected class. All program eligibility requirements are applied consistently and without discrimination.

Reasonable Accommodations & Modifications

We will make reasonable accommodations in our rules, policies, practices, or services when such accommodations may be necessary to afford a person with a disability an equal opportunity to use and enjoy housing. We will also permit reasonable modifications to the premises when necessary, subject to applicable requirements.

To request a reasonable accommodation or modification, please contact us at info@chattanchorpointhomes.com or call (423) 432-4164.
