Two affiliated organizations: Master lease agreements and rent payments are handled by Anchor Point Homes, LLC. Community resources and charitable programs are managed by Anchor Point Homes Foundation, a separate nonprofit. Your property agreement will identify the responsible entity.

Anchor Point Homes places residents, manages the home, and handles all day-to-day operations. You collect your rent.
Property requirements
What We Look for in a Property
We work with a range of residential properties. Here's what we typically look for when evaluating a potential partnership home.
- Single-family homes, duplexes, or multi-bedroom residences
- Located in Chattanooga, TN or North Georgia
- Minimum 2 bedrooms (3–5 bedrooms preferred)
- Safe, habitable condition — functional plumbing, heating, and electrical
- Willing to enter a multi-year master lease agreement
- Owner open to housing program residents
